There are several shark movies that are in the works now or just finished shooting. Most of these films are coming from Australia. [singlepic id=1460 w=320 h=240 float=right]
One of the films that I am very excited about seeing is Bait 3D, written by Russell Mulcahy (Highlander, Resident Evil: Extinction). The story line is about a freak tsunami traps shoppers at a coastal Australian supermarket inside the building … along with a pack of tiger sharks.
Bait 3D just finished shooting this month and no word on its 2011 release date — yet.
A video has just surfaced featuring footage and information about Bait 3D and another upcoming shark flick, The Reef (The Reef is based on a true story) so you should check it out.
