Not too long ago Zombie Popcorn gave 10 lucky people free Dead Rising 2: Case Zero games.   Since then Dead Rising 2: Case Zero has had over 500,000 purchases in first two weeks of its release and is the number one seller on Xbox Live Arcade.   [singlepic id=1385 w=320 h=240 float=left] Dead Rising 2: Case Zero takes place three years before the events of Dead Rising 2. So with all prequels you know there is more to the story and on Sept. 28, 2010 Dead Rising 2 hits the shelves.  You can head out and buy a copy or you can let Zombie Popcorn give you a copy– your choice.

Yes, you heard correctly, Zombie Popcorn is giving away one FREE (1) Xbox 360 and one (1) PS3 copy of Dead Rising 2!    That means two winners – one for Xbox and one for the PlayStation 3.

Check out some of the brand new DR2 features: *    Thousands of Zombies On Screen: The undead are everywhere creating a dynamic and challenging zombie-killing experience for the player as weapons will be created to kill massive amounts of zombies at one time! [singlepic id=1384 w=320 h=240 float=right] *    2-Player Co-Op: Co-op play is introduced to the Dead Rising universe for the first time as players can invite their friends to partner up with them at any time to take on the zombie massacre- tag-team style!  Play with a friend and have even more fun as you lure zombies in using strategic items like a toy helicopter or a firecracker.  Once the zombies have gathered, your friend can rain bullets from above or shoot at a strategically-placed gas tank to create a deadly explosion that will take out masses of the enemy.  Killing zombies with a friend is always more fun! *    Terror is Reality: Allows 4 players to compete in a gladiator type show that pits zombies against a group of players in the ultimate Vs. multiplayer blood bath *    Combo Weapons: Players can combine two everyday items using duct tape to create the ultimate zombie killing creations such as the Portamower and Paddlesaw. Unlocking combo cards along the way will give players the advantage as the helpful cards will show you what items are best for combining.  The more zombies you destroy using your creative combo’s, the more Prestige Points you can earn which levels up Chuck along the way.

I need to win this to hone my zombie slaying skills. I think learning the proper mounting of chainsaws on boat paddles could be the difference in survival. Help me prepare. XBox360

I need to not kill my customers in the store during store hours so by getting this game for PS3 will allow me (a 37 year old man) to vent my anger out on them in the game instead. Its kinda of an anger management thing. That and I realllly wanna see these zombies die in the most awesome way possible by using the most entertaining tools to do so! Oh and Zombie Popcorn is a pretty fing rad site! (the last part was obvious but hey if it helps why not!) edited to meet the rules!

I’d love to win Dead Rising 2 for the Xbox 360, because, well I loved Dead Rising 1 😀 And funds are a bit low now, plus I’m an unemployed 18-year old (about to turn 19) and I’d love to get a free game from you guys 😉

I visit your website regularly and love everything that you guys put up. You guys/gals constantly update me on anything zombie related (Barely sometimes lol) and asking for a video game seems a tad selfish of me. I rarely have spare money to buy video games and I’d love to have the 360 version to play and love it even more, if you guys could set-up a match or coop play with you guys. Thanks again for considering me and I’m hoping you pick me 🙂

If I do somehow win from you generosity, I’d love to play with any of you in coop!

I’m 20 and I would like to win a copy of Dead Rising 2 for Xbox 360 because I am a big fan of horror survival games, I use to play Resident Evil Outbreak until Capcom shut down the servers. That was the saddest day for Outbreak fans all over the USA.
I just love zombie video games, and Killing zombies is the most fun one can have online.

I deserve to win because a small group of traveling gypsy zombies ravaged a Hungarian village when I was just a small boy. Sadly they ate my family dog. I loved that dog even more than my adopted Hungarian family mostly because they made me wear Lederhosen and sing Wayne Newton songs while they laughed and pointed at me. Still not sure why they didn’t eat them instead. I guess nobody likes Hungarian, but winning this game could help sharpen my survivalist skills and allow me to reek my unholy revenge on those undead that reeked.

I’ve been preparing. The last 10 years I’ve been on a Tibetan mountainside studying an ancient fighting style that combines the kill of karate with the skill of gymnastics but alas I can only use this technique when a pummel horse or uneven bars are near and that chances of that during a zombie apocalypse are slim. As you can imagine I need to further my zombie killing knowledge and weapon skills to compensate. Dead Rising 2 is the perfect interactive training for that. I hope you’ll pick me but for now I continue to go to funeral processions just to double check the fresh corpses aren’t attacking nearby grievers. I hang around a lot at malls. I even enrolled briefly in medical school and destroyed all the cadavers on the possibility they could at some point become reanimated. Better to be safe than eaten. I’ve also got my eye on several really old people so that when they die they don’t return as flesh eating monsters. Mom shouldn’t have to explain to little Suzzie why grandma tried to eat her brains.

Anyways thank you for your time and consideration. I have to go. there’s a scratching sound at my door.

    -Steve

Hello, ZombiePopcorn. I would love to win Dead Rising 2 for the 360, but not for me. For my friend who cannot buy it due to lack of money. So if I win, I will send him DR2 so that way we can play together. That’s completely fine if I don’t win, but I just hope you give it to someone who deserves it.
