I have been playing Modern Warfare 2 for a while now and totally enjoying the online game play. I love that this game has got me back into the swing of gaming, it had been a while since I picked up the controller.

Good thing I am getting back into gaming because since Sony announced that the PS3 is getting a 3D make over – I am sure I will be in front of more and more games.  If you haven’t heard, all Sony Playstation 3 systems are upgradeable to 3D through a firmware update so it will just be an update to your system through the PS interface.  (Firmware update release not yet announced.)  I love Sony and how they are pushing the 3D standard for home entertainment.

When I say love, I mean it like it makes me happy… not like this guy in the video below.

According to Salon.com, Last weekend, a man who goes by the screen name Sal9000 married Nene Anegasaki, his virtual girlfriend in a real-life ceremony presided over by a priest and broadcast live online.

In other gaming news, that is not so strange is two previews have been released for a new Star Wars game and the upcoming TRON game – they will be shown at the VGAs. I am very excited about the TRON game because of the new Tron 3d film coming out soon and I loved the old arcade Tron game. I had Tron 2.0 but never really go into it, so I am looking forward to a new game.
