Do you remember the mini-series from 1984-1985 called ‘V’?
If you don’t remember here is the opening intro to the tv series to help refresh your memory.
If you still don’t remember, don’t worry because ABC is doing a remake of the old mini-series. The modern day remake is going to be entitled, Yeah, you guessed it, ‘V’

An unidentified source for UPI said the TV network is contemplating ordering an initial run of 13 episodes.

I cannot believe how BAD TV music scores were in 1984! My precious mid-80s! The clean, hip sounds of Duran Duran, Tears for Fears, etc. on the radio, and…THAT on TV?!
My parents and older brother had watched the series. There was one particular episode that they’d taped and were watching in the family room and I remember wandering downstairs and checking out what they were watching for a minute, watching this dude on the screen, and all of a sudden this LIZARD TONGUE comes out, and it scared the CRAP out of me and I think I screamed and ran upstairs. I remember my best friend Pablo came over to play soon after and I instructed him to not look to the TV, just let’s get upstairs…
I rented the series from the Naro a year or so ago. Eh, it was all right. I doubt I’d watch the new one. (I generally just watch MSNBC on primetime during the week, anyway!)
