His Pizza / Her Pizza

Tonight, Mylie and I were talking about what we wanted for dinner and we could not decide on what to make so we went into the kitchen and saw two pizza crusts.  Mylie said, “Lets have pizza!”  I was also excited about the idea so I started saying we could put all this (fake) meat on it.  After I rambled off the full list of meat we had in the freezer I turned around to see Mylie looking at me with disapproval.  She said, “I don’t want fake meat on my pizza.” Then she started in her huge list of ingredients – things like, broccoli, spinach, etc.  Then she noticed my eye were glassed over so we stood there looking at each other trying to think of a compromise.   Mylie then said with a smile, “Lets make our own pizza – you make yours and I will make mine.”

I loved this idea – I told her I was going to make the best pizza ever!  I heard her say, “You mean the grossest pizza ever!”

So the race began, Mylie threw in a pan; spinach, broccoli, onions, and several other vegetables that really don’t belong on pizza.  :)

As she worked on her pizza I started pulling out the following list from the refrigerator;

Yves

Yves ground

Sheese – Cheddar Style with Chives

Tofurky – Breakfast Links

Yves – Breakfast Patties

Yves – Meatless Ground

Onions

Garlic

Green Bell Peppers

Nutritional Yeast

I turned on the stove to low heat and started adding the patties and the links as those began to brown I added the onions and some bell peppers and garlic.  As this warmed up I added little chucks of the Sheese to let it melt slowly as the meat cooked.  After about 4 minutes I added the Meatless Ground and cooked it slowly.  Adding salt, pepper and Nutritional Yeast along with chucks of Sheese as it melted.

The Sheese began to melt and held all the other meat products and onions/bell peppers together. Once the meat was cooked I added it to the pizza crust and baked it for 20 minutes.

Once the pizza was done, I added more Nutritional Yeast and crushed red pepper and ate.

Here is my pizza!
