September 2, 2010 North America will get a once in a life time chance to see the best vampire movie of the year. The movie is, ’Suck‘
Don’t miss the outrageous rock ‘n’ roll vampire spoof about a down and out band, The Winners, who will do anything for a record deal. When their disgruntled manager (Dave Foley) tells them that they are getting “long in the tooth”, he doesn’t know that his words are truly prophetic. During a road trip, their humdrum image radically changes when Jennifer (Jessica Paré), the bass player, disappears one night with a hip vampire(Dimitri Coats). She emerges with a sexually charged charisma that drives the audiences wild.
As the band members succumb, one by one, to blood lust, their “gimmick” launches them into the limelight. Following an “incident” on a national radio show with “Rock’n Roger” (Henry Rollins), they hit mega-stardom beyond their wildest dreams. Joey (Rob Stefaniuk), the lead singer, is haunted by an eerie bartender (Alice Cooper), who turns out to be much more. Meanwhile, legendary vampire hunter, Eddie Van Helsig (Malcolm McDowell), is tracking them down, despite his fear of the dark. When a veteran music producer (Iggy Pop)calls them on becoming a vampire freak show, they begin to realize that fame is not what it’s cracked up to be.
Suck is a wild ride down a highway to hell, with a killer soundtrack that includes Iggy Pop’s, “TVeye” and “Success”; Alice Cooper’s, “I am a Spider”; Lou Reed’s Velvet Underground’s “Sweet Nuthin”; David Bowie’s, “Here Comes the Night” and The Rolling Stones, “Sympathy for the Devil”.
You will only get one chance, meaning ONE DAY, to see this film in theaters and then you will have to wait for it to hit Blu-Ray.

Zombie Popcorn Radio has a new home on Zombie Popcorn now.
Zombie Popcorn Radio started back in September 2009 and it was just Josh and me. Since that time we have grown and now Paul has become apart of the show and has contributed his music by creating the Zombie Popcorn Radio intro.
We have met some wonderful people during the time of doing the show and a couple of the listeners have become staples of the show. If you have ever listened to an episode or watched it in 3D, then you know 3DmovieMan and Jen. – If not, what are you waiting for?
We have also interviewed some amazing people on Zombie Popcorn Radio, including a long time 3D idol of mine, Mr. Tony Anthony. Check out the list of people we interviewed in such a short time that we have been live on the ‘air’.
So it was time to make a bigger home for Zombie Popcorn Radio because we have no plans of stopping. Check out the new look of Zombie Popcorn Radio and let me know what you think and don’t forget to tune in every Saturday Night at 7-9pm Eastern.
PS – I am still working on the site and updating all of the episodes so the most current ones are currently not up – but this gives you a chance to listen to some of the very first episodes. So enjoy

Band: Revolting Cocks
Song: Do Ya Think I’m Sexy
Posted on 16 May 2010 by Jason Bayless
No, I am not talking about what happens when you shoot a zombie in the head – I am talking about pop music.
Yesterday, Paul posted on Zombie Popcorn the video to a song he wrote that pays tribute to horror monsters, but Paul is not the only one paying tribute to the horror genre.
Let me introduce Natalia Kills.
Natalia Kills is a zombie-obsessed pop artist who has written her entire debut album as well as written and produced her debut video entitled, “Zombie.”
Rumors have said that when she sings the line, ‘I am in love with a Zombie’ she really means ‘I am in love with Zombie Popcorn’ – but no conformation on that…
What makes Natalia Kills stand out above the other pop artists is not just her love for zombies (but that does give her points). It is that she also creates a weekly episodic film noir web series that she directed and stars in called, “Love, Kills xx.” This series shows that a pop star can really be twisted, dark, sexy, tough and borderline perverse. I am looking forward to see where she takes us with this series.
“Love, Kills xx,” is a companion visual piece to her album, weaving motifs from her lyrics and songs throughout. The series explores the deepest and darkest impulses of Natalia Kills’ imagination. New episodes are released each week and there are currently three episodes up now.
Natalia Kills debut album ‘Perfectionist’ is due out late 2010 so keep your eyes on Zombie Popcorn and we will update you once the street date is set.
So now you know what happens when a Zombie goes pop…

If there’s anything I’ve learned in my years it’s, that religion is mostly a lie . . . .
Oh, don’t get all huffy - puffy over that, cause science is mostly a lie too. . .
You know what’s not a lie?
Everything you heard as a kid is true. . .
They wait under your bed . . .
ready to taste your sleepy head.
They’ll pull you down when your alone . . .
to lick your flesh and break your bones . . . .
And we have the footage to prove it. . . .
Take a look . . .
I dare you. . . . .
(more after the break)
This is a track that Jason and I worked on quite a while ago.
Actually, it’s our first project, from over a year ago . . . it’s our third video. . . but first video ever completed. . . wait . . . what?
Anyway, we love horror movies, monsters and industrial music. . . we hope you do too.
Let us know what you think of the song. . . . just send a quick e-mail or post in the comments section. . . if enough people like it we’ll make more.
Music by Paul Casper
Vocals and Video by Jason Bayless

Zombie Popcorn has a side project that we are launching today!
It is called, ‘Zombie Popcorn’s Stories‘.
Here is a blurb about the new project, Zombie Popcorn’s Stories;
For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed the last moments of the day. You know, the moments where you are laying in bed drifting in and out of sleep while thinking of the world around you. The act of drifting off to sleep is not the part that I enjoyed the most - it was the thoughts in the final moments of being awake that carried over into my sleep that brought excitement to my life.
I would find myself thinking about the random person that I bumped into during the day – the person who told me their life story or something really odd. While laying there thinking about their story it would open my mind up to other realms of their life and to my own because I would want to know more about what they shared with me.
The only thing that would make me sad about their stories was that when I woke up in the morning and continued throughout my day I would forget about some of the details. So, I decided to start recording peoples stories and compiling them into a series to be shared with the world. I teamed up with good friend, Paul Casper because we both share a love for what we call ‘Story time’.
Our dream is to travel the country and interview people we meet and on the way share these stories with you. Since we are not rich and our travel plans are limited we had to come up with a plan to fill in the gaps between our travels. This is where you come into play with this story…
We invite you to share your story with us.
All you have to do is call this number (757) 337-2195 or if you have Skype just search/call ‘Zombie-Popcorn.com‘ and record your story – That is it! If you are not into calling to share your story you can always email it to us and we will have a professional read it in your honor.
How much information you share is totally up to you, and what you share is totally up to you. You can remain anonymous or you can state your first name and where you are from it is completely up to you.
Don’t let your story be lost forever share it with us and together we can learn from each other…
So go check out the site for Zombie Popcorn’s Stories and let me know what you think and most of all call in with your Stories !

Zombie Popcorn is very honored to have a special guest writer. Matthew from the Matthew Show. You may remember Matthew from when we interviewed him back in January. He has an amazing new project…well, I will stop talking and let him get on with what he has to say. Please welcome Matthew!
Spurred by books like Malcolm Gladwell’s “Outliers” and Nassim Nicholas Taleb’s “Fooled By Randomness,” our society has been having a discussion of our expectations about life and how they are shaped by what we see. There is a selection bias, particularly in the arts, where we are only exposed to the stories of the wildly successful.
Where are the tales of failure?
My new podcast, “The Band That Never Was,” is an attempt to even out the sample set. It is the story of a group of friends who travel from adolescence to adulthood together. On the way, they form a band, and hijinks ensue.
Packed with honesty, laughs, relationships, irony, and some damned fine tunes, “The Band That Never Was” is about many things. Friendships, life, music, growing up, and a study of what, at its core, failure may or may not be.
And let’s not forget the music. Every episode features original music by the matthew show and my various musical associates, and the tunes are also available as singles at thematthewshow.com independently of the podcast.
I’m extremely excited about this project, and I believe you will be, too. Check it out:

When you send them to the six leading anti-piracy groups.
This entire article was taken from http://torrentfreak.com but I wanted to share it with you.
April 1st is traditionally a day for pranks and jokes, but the Russian-led torrent site Vertor has picked this day to inform the RIAA, MPAA and various other anti-piracy outfits that their bullying tactics are not appreciated. The Vertor team has shipped condom packs with a special message to the offices of six leading anti-piracy groups.
The pressure mounting on BitTorrent sites worldwide has increased dramatically over the last year. This worsening climate can be largely attributed to a handful of entertainment lobby groups that try to shutter these sites through legal actions and political influence.
One torrent site that has been floating under the radar, relatively speaking, is now pushing back at these outfits with a rather unusual action. The Russian-based team of operators behind Vertor.com has sent special packages to six of the leading anti-piracy groups through which they hope to send a clear message.
The packages, containing the local brand of Vizit Overture aroma flavored condoms, are accompanied with a note that doesn’t allow for much speculation. “We wish your parents had used it,” the message reads, venting the frustration of the Vertor team and many of the site’s users.
Here is what was sent
The people behind Vertor informed TorrentFreak that their action is a joke, but one with a clear message. “I’m sure that every one of us would want to say something like this to these bloodsuckers, but not everyone has the opportunity to be heard,” an anonymous source from the Vertor team said. The condom shipments were sent out yesterday are expected to arrive within a day at the anti-piracy offices. They are believed to be free of anthrax and other kinds of hazardous materials.
From Russia with love…
The UPS tracking numbers for the packages and scans of the shipping documents have also been posted on the Vertor blog.

Zombie Popcorn Radio’s re-broadcast has now moved to Monday. That’s right! Now you don’t have to wait until Wednesday to get your fix. Yes, this means it will also be on iTunes earlier.
Show topics include:
John Zaffis has over thirty years of experience studying and investigating the paranormal. He has had the opportunity to work for and with his aunt and uncle, Ed and Lorraine Warren. This sent John beyond looking for ghosts and hauntings and into studying demonology under the Warrens. This led into John’s involvement with cases of possession and exorcism and working with prominent exorcists in this field. Roman Catholic priests, monks, Buddhists, rabbis and ministers. John has assisted and worked with well-known exorcists Bishop Robert McKenna, Malachi Martin and the Rev Jun.
His research has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, England and Scotland covering several thousands of cases. Through hands on investigating with other investigators and clergy, he has obtained a great deal of knowledge and understanding of the paranormal and is considered one of the foremost authorities in the field today.
Ghosts and poltergeists where among some of his first-hand paranormal experiences, as well as the demonic and diabolical. He has also worked extensively with both spiritualists and psychics concerning how their knowledge is used for channeling, reincarnation (past-life regression), or the calling of the spirits for information, and how they use meditation to acquire the information which they are seeking. Because of his personal experiences with hauntings, ESP, near death experiences and other paranormal activities, he is firm in his conviction that such phenomena exist.
John has been featured in the Discovery Channel’s documentaries A Haunting in Connecticut and Little Lost Souls. John has also appeared on Unsolved Mysteries, Fox News Live, and many other print and news media events. John is also in the books of Ed and Lorraine Warren GRAVEYARDS and IN A DARK PLACE.
